Recently, I had the chance to sit down with Levy, Ligmar, and Arturo — the family behind Azul Fuego — to hear how they transformed a longtime neighborhood spot into the vibrant, welcoming space it is today.

The story of Azul Fuego began back in 2006 when the family first bought the original restaurant. For years, it served the community, but deep down, they knew it could become something even greater.

Hospitality is in their blood. Both Levy and Ligmar grew up surrounded by the restaurant industry, and that deep-rooted love for service shines through in everything they do.
