Since its founding, Root Architecture and Development has provided design service for those who have been taken on the responsibility of caring for historic properties throughout the Denver Metro area. Whether restoration or adaptive re-use, Root leverages their restoration and renovation experience, providing design solutions for breathing new life into old buildings. It is one of Root’s passions to facilitate good stewardship of historically significant structures that no longer serve their original use and need to be updated to meet modern needs while preserving their important historic elements.
