The construction process is a highly chaotic process with many moving parts and multiple inputs in the decision process. Our goal is to help bring clarity and leadership to this process. We believe the best ideas evolve through an engaging, collaborative process with our clients and team.  Our desire is to create the spaces our clients imagine, to help breathe form to their vision and shape to their dreams, resulting in unique and lasting artistic architecture.

We utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) to create 3d visualizations drawings and construction documents. This process allows us to explore various design ideas and helps our clients easily visualize outcomes.  This results in a solid, well-coordinated construction document before construction, allowing us to deliver accurate early pricing, and pre-test energy performance.

Our expert Colorado Realtor can help you find the perfect property to build on. Amy Freeman works with home buyers and developers who have a site in mind or need help finding one. Her wealth of knowledge of the selling, buying and building processes makes finding and securing the perfect property a cinch.

SUSTAINABILITY

Root-AD believes that good design and sustainable design are one in the same.  A building approach that utilizes good solar orientation, natural passive design, and partners with the landscape (rather than fighting against it) tends to yield the most efficient and elegant results.  We strive to be thoughtful in each component of building.
